Didn't see this until now. Check to make sure the modem does not have an in-built firewall. Check also whether Pipex do anything to provide security. Would look on the internet, but I'm at work.

Hmm..I had to sort out my own problems for online play on PES4 as I use a home wireless network, and so had to sort out various router and firewall issues. As a result, I have been able to play PES5 online without any trouble at all since its release. I've only played PES3, 4 and 5 (all on PC)...
