If I'm not wrong, on ps3 you can still import songs (I had PES 2016 for ps3), but on ps4 it isn't possible. A bit deceiving I guess. It would be good to add some new chants to add more variety.

To export a team, you need to have a folder called WEPES on your flash stick. Then, you can export the teams to it. Images (kits, logos, etc.) are not exported in the team file, but you can put the images on the same folder and I think they can be imported again. To export, go to data...
