Try loading the game or any game without the hd or men cards connected This will tell you if there's a problem with ur hd or cd drive.. If it's the cd drive.. It sounds like an unfortunate coincidence.. If it's the hd.. It could have got damaged at some point.. I haven't used xsata but...
