Oh also, I do remember another conflict. Being with DFL's Zenit and Rubin Kazan from Ketchup even though they have different base teams. My guess is, that when either of those guys exported Zenit or Kazan they had already saved it over another base team when they imported it to their own...

I believe so, though, just two caveats... You NEED to make sure there is enough room in created players...otherwise your roster will get screwed up. I was able to import every single/league team except the mls that I am waiting for with about 30 slots to spare. Secondly, I didn't end up...
