Clever. It was actually entirely unintentional. I laughed greatly, especially on account of the grunt he let out and the fact that his body hit a rock on the way down.

I just got owned by Grima Wormtongue, he sent me and another Rohirrim to our deaths in the pits of Isengard. This is a great laugh if you don't take it too seriously.

You can do 2 player co-op on one machine, splitscreen.

I haven't played split-screen, but if you're talking about vs., its 8 vs. 8 (on screen at once), so I'd say not if Battlefront had more (can't remember myself). But there is a co-op mode for the campaign which would probably be a real laugh. I'm one of those people who don't really find hack n'...

There are some unique levels to the evil campaign, like Weathertop, Rivendell, the Shire, and the top part of Minas Tirith. But it wouldn't make sense to upgrade stuff, since you play as different characters all the time.

Well I wouldn't say it was good as I hoped, certainly not, but its not a bad game by any means, and its definitely entertaining. Its pretty epic in campaign (I hope the later levels are more epic), but in the other modes I doubt it will be epic with not so many people on the screen. Can't get...

Had a go of Helms Deep, the first campaign level, and really enjoyed it. There's tons of enemies on screen and it really feels like a good ruck, particularly when there's no mages about. The game seems a lot of fun, but its just a shame the instant action mode is so talentless - there's about 16...

To be expected I feel. I've no doubts it'll be entertaining, but I wanted to be overrun by Orcs.

So am I. Potential has gone right downhill. I mean the levels look big and stunning but there's no one in them - one Rohirrim holding the walls of Helms Deep against 3 Uruk Hais isn't exactly my idea of epic. I'm sure it will be entertaining but the downloadable content had better be bowel...

I should have the game tomorrow, but now I'm really scared. There's no extra AI units online, and the instant action mode has max - wait for it - 16 units on screen at once. 16 units in a Lord of the Rings battle on massive maps. You promised 75 vs. 75 Pandemic. Hopes have gone drastically downhill.

If you really want to play as good, just highlight them and keep pressing A, and you will get to play as them.

If your evil though, its important to guard the rear positions, since the good will always get a horse and make a play for the Orc Camp, which is often left undefended. Then you find yourself sandwiched.
