although there is no transfers in league mode what is good is that if you edit the teams in edit mode when real life transfers are done this is reflected in your saved league.

match experience points are not in relation to how well you played, you get match experiance points for playing in important games, e.g: cup finals, international matches, top of the table clashes etc

10 mins seems good for me, it's a bit long for the training games but i can never be bothered to alter it!
