No, def doesn't have 100hz scanning. 720p it is then. I've heard that this setting gives a smoother picture on moving images anyway. Just used 1080i due to it being a higher number so thought it'd be clearer picture. Thanks for your help.

I'm currently playing PES 2009 at 1080i on my 26inch LCD TV with an HDMI lead. I sometimes get some strange flickering on screen from corners and freekicks, where the players go all pixalated? Is it best to play it on 1080i or 720p? Anyone any ideas? Which gives best picture?

I might be wrong, but I read in a review somewhere that the PS3 version doesn't have any trophies. The Xbox 360 version does though apparently! I've got a 360 so I'm happy!! :)

Haven't downloaded any chants or anything but the sound from the crowd is pretty awful I'm afraid :( They just do one dodgy sounding chant over and over again like U-ni-ted or Liv-er-pool. They don't look very good either and the sound when they score is pathetic, its hardly even a roar...

I've got a 26" HD ready TV that can display 720p or 1080i. I'm using the cable that came with my xbox 360 on 1080i and I'm pretty impressed with the pic. Would getting a HDMI cable really make that much diff? Or does it only make a diff on full 1080p TV's? Cheers

Yeh it's still the case. It's just that the right analog was used for tricks last year and this year it's used as a short or long pass option, so I keep passing instead of doing a step over or twirl! I'll have a good play around tonight, maybe it's just a case of getting used to the new controls?

I can play with the left analog stick but I use the D-pad to dribble so I want to use the right analog stick to do skills. The current set up has the left analog stick for the skills and I was just wondering if it was possible to change this so the right analog stick does skills?
