use xbox backup creator to make an iso of your original pes 08 disk yes then you have an iso then open this iso with ggs and repalce the original files with the new ones you downloaded and then burn that onto a disk once again with xbc simple as this question as been answered time and time again...

you dont you burn the patch to the iso of your game and then you play it on your flashed xbox 360 for the 1 millionth time ;(

you dont add a chip you flash the dvd drives firmware its simple to do man ;)

gjsmiths option file is nothing compared to these patches you need a chipped xbox dont buy a xsata for these patches it wont do you any good
