Not sure if faces are affected (because I installed 1.02 after the option file) - if they are, then you simply need to reset those players in edit mode, that's all. If someone gets me a complete list of all the faces added in update 1.02, I'll happily release a quick fix for it tomorrow night...

That should be fine - Konami's update from today (v1.02) does not include data, so don't let that worry you. As long as you delete your edit data file, and all stored images, whether you import this file before or after the 1.02 update, it should make no difference (I'd install the 1.02 update...
