Nope, only "Technically delete", if he is an existing player , and is editable, you just edit over him to create an other player, if he is CREATE PLAYER, only then you can edit him. You can edit over dupliacate players, especially when they dont have preset face.

I cannot help. I checked your program and it seems to complicated for an average use like me. I use PAINT.NET which is something better than MSpaint and below Photoshop. With PAINT.NET i edit everything. It seems pretty easy for me, that i am not so skilled at Photoshop.

If you mean a 'fake" player, you must first register a player in his place, so from NT player, he becomes free agent. Then you can edit his nationality. But keep in mind , that sometimes after Datapacks their nationalities will revert to default.
