I do mix and match from many OFs. pes world, pesfan.it, Wehk, or solo guys like nicoultras etc. I choose files i like from each OF and mix them with my work usually. Do not use something exclusively.

It is risky to say, but it seemes a problem between your console and the game. Do you checked if the EDIT.bin file is created normally? Or do you have any edits transferred from the demo to the final game? Do you have enough capacity on your PS4 hard disk? Do you have the latest PS4 firmware...

I do not know for sure, never happened to me, but if you have a second profile, try import some images and do checks, switch off-on the console to isolate the problem. If it is due to the console or due to the PES-app. Although different PS profiles share the common images slots. :(

To be honest , for some reason it was difficult to find a white KIA.png! :D If you plan to make a lot kits, train your eye to recognize the "good" google png's and utilize a proper program. Paint.net is my suggestion, feel free to use whatever makes your more comfortable.
