Liar! you can unlock them, you just need lots of patience. Win the International Cup 3 times on 5*, 30min long matches with Senegal. It takes a little while, but it's well worth it. Don't know why Konami decided on Senegal, but there you go.

Over-write the Winning Eleven & PES club sides with World & Euro all stars. I think that's what most people do. It takes several hours to manually re-edit everything. I thought about posting my option file, for those with x-ports, but it hardly seems worth it now, with PES4 round the corner...
