Question about Lisences

How much are lisences to get player likieness, use his name, and to get the kit lisence?

But Konami, aren't exactly a small company. I'm sure they could afford it - the reward would be a game that would absolutely slaughter FIFA in the games charts.

maybe.. fifa has its following..and the official name on its side.. i personally don't think that licensing would attract that many more people to the PES series...
