This is probably old news to some of you PESGuru's but here ya go! Just scored direct from a corner, with Beckham! What I think you have to do is: 1) Use a player with good curling stats 2) Use player who's foot will naturally curl toward goal, ie left-footer on the right, & vice-versa...

Just to let you know, I've scored 3 40m+ goals in about 6 or so games! I know some new people may not look at the "hints & tips" section, but check out my thread there. Play.com said my x-port should be here in 3-5 days. Come to daddy! ;) :D ;)

(Against comp.) My girlfriend recently scored with Batistuta (edited from PES2 stats) from 45m+! This goal 'ere This got me thinking; how can I do it? Well, I've done this 3 times in 3 days. Once with Becks, once with Rivaldo, & Ortega. I'm getting an x-port in the next few...

Anyone still play it? Looks cack on a PS2! Plus, remember how, on Hard difficulty, you could dribble with R. Carlos from your goal-line to the other area, and WHAM!! Haven't done anything remotely like that yet on PES3 5*.....ah code testers........bastards! :rolleyes:

I'm an average player, having problems winning consistently in 5* and even 4* against the better teams. What would be your "top-tip" for success? Please don't say "practice", as I'm doing that already!

What makes you chortle about PES3? My fave is when the commentator suddenly, and for no apparent reason takes on a camp West Indies accent and says "easy ball". My attacks breakdown every time. Even my girlfriend said once "what'd he say?".

What's your fave old skool (pre-nineties) arcade coin-swallower? I think mine was Karate Champ. At least I think thats what it was called. 2 joysticks = twice the fun!
