That is almost identical to my Materazzi goal. Slide tackle on the half way line, runs towards it and belts it first time. Goes as close to the crossbar as possible.

While it's a good shot, if the keeper had done the save where you knock it over the bar I reckon he might have got it - instead he stopped and tried to punch it. Still a good goal though.

The way to flick it up is to push the right analog stick down then quickly push it up. However, it doesn't normally go above knee height for me. On PES3 though I managed to flick it up head height with Davids then volley it on the other foot before it hit the ground. That was sweet.

Hold R2 while the ball is in the air to move your player around and position him where he will win it i.e. in front of the opposition player. Works for me.
