I don't think it's that he's desperate to be one - just the way he was treated during his chance to be one.

That maybe the moderator selecting is done with some controversy.

I ain't judging - I just think it's a bit unfair to create a list of people who 'cheat' when sometimes it may not be their fault.

I don't think you can really single out people who are guaranteed to cheat. Anyone can hit 'quit' if they are getting vexed or the game isn't going their way. It can be spur of the moment out of rage. Perhaps they don't think of it as cheating - just ending what is a frsutrating game.
