I'm not very sure but I think you need to delete all PES data and install it again. Then apply DLC's for the game and install OF for PES. Make sure that version of OF is ok with latest KONAMI updates. That should help. If not, you may also try format the HDD, or call Sony.

I only use short through passes, cause long ones is basically giving ball to opponent.
