Yup, allot of people go straight for "kicking" and "dribbling"... They don't bother with the stamina... I would say playing upfront requires you to hold the sprint allot more than other positions. You can also say CMF requires the sprint button, but CMF is all about positioning.

Calling for the ball is all about timing, not doubt some of the people criticising this mode don't understand football... 90% of the time I never even have to call for the ball. When the AI can make the pass, your in space and the AI feel passing to you will be the right option, they will pass...

The highest mode is top player. If you can unlock a higher difficulty that would truly be something.
