you need a an extraction program, along the lines of WinRAR to extract all the files. inside the file should be a readme with detailed instructions. http://www.rarlab.com/ thats where you can find winrar for download. just download, install it, then open up the read me thats in the patch.

this is correct.. the penalty taker cannot touch the ball after he has taken a kick unless its first touched by another player. either way, i wont let it discourage me from playing pes as it is the superior footballing game available at the moment. :) it would be nice to have that feature...

i believe konami addressed the slowdown problem and claimed to have fixed it a bit, but it seemed bollocks, as playing above 1024x768 still made my game lag

maybe try a re-install of the game? sounds like an odd problem

it is true, pes3 is quite a resource hog and demands a somewhat powerful PC as for my settings, i am running a AMD 2600+ with 512 MB of RAM and an ati radeon 9100. my specs are not the best, but they are good enough to run PES3. it all comes down to processor power and video card capabilities.

i hope it does, as i'd much rather crank out the beautiful graphics on my computer monitor using its superior hardware. and i dont have a ps2 =p ...
