It seems to be quicker alright, after the first second that is, it moves pretty fast. Very slow for the first sec you start moving it though, which is pointless and irritating. It wasn't like this before was it? I think it was always just slow before.

You can't tell what the exact settings that players use, not that I know of anyway. They seem to be using 1 or 2 as they make passing mistakes and their through balls aren't overly accurate. It looks like they're using similar controls(pardon the pun). That's all I can tell you.

I use support setting 1 and I find it very easy to get games all of the time. Sometimes it might take 2 or 3 times in searching for a player but mostly it doesn't. There are no long ball spammers either that I can remember. This is for ranked matches, I don't know about MLO. I'm on xbox, though.
