reinstall your directX, latest one. alteritavly do as i did, rename the file included to (d3dx9_43.dll) then copy it in your system directory (or just copy that file renamed next to the manager.exe, i did that and it worked fine for me.

done i removed the old one because that one is missing a lot of files thus it is not (really) Emirates stadium. the one in the patch now is converted from older PES versions.
