    there is no one program to fix the problem you have,,, but im almost sure your problem have something to do with the save files,, u mentioned that you made a lot of things trying to fix things, maybe one of them made changes to the structure of the patch..

    copy the edit.bin file in the save folder of the game (in documents) then in game try to go edit then load data i suggest you wait for the next version which is full as well (no update only version)

    hi actually, the problem yu have is with the edit.bin file, either its not loaded or it get overwritten somehow, be sure that the game is not updated by konami updates, and that you do not load any downloadable date then copy the save files from the patch to the save folder of the game.

    re-copy the save files from the 2.3.5 in the save folder of the game, i suggest also deleting the kitserver and then copy the one from the 2.3.5 cant play means crash or cannot find them? either ways be sure that kitserver is installed correctly, and be sure that u use the full 2.3.5
