Yes. You can transfer files from PC to the PS3 hard drive and import them in to the game. I can't remember exactly what the dimensions are of the images that can be used, but I know it can be done.

I think the editing options available in PES ’08 were rubbish. From what I have seen in forums so far editing should be back with a bang this year. I see many personalised option files on the horizon :-)

Nice one ZombiFleshDiet. I did find that I needed to click on the chant first and then right click on the Listen Again link to get the file, but works a treat :-)

Where did you get those logos from? I was after a good one for Wolves but can't find a decent sized one.

Depends on what platform you are using. If you have PS3 or 360 it will be on the Playstation Network or Xbox Live accordingly.
