is this "decrypting" really important? i just got a few trikot-png's without "decrypting" and put it on my 360 and it works fine

yes. but when i do arsenal home on 001 and/or aston villa home on 002, then it works. and all are paul's png's :edit: it seems like it works now. i don't know what i change but i goes now :D
