Same here, I only registered about 2 weeks ago and haven't ordered anything. And it allowed me to pre-order it. Just checked my order and the status is still N/A???

I've paid the extra £1.99!! Some one on here said that they work in conjuction with the royal mail but only for letters. Packages/parcels are sorted and delivered by themselves. How true this is, I don't know. I'll personally give them till Wednesday, give them a quick call and see whats...
