The more I play with the new patch the more I feell its the same as before, the only difference is the tackling on defense and fighting to get the ball using X, its much better but shooting, crossing, dumd deflections that end up as goals, passig, all feels the same... Shooting is still random...

ok so what do the different levels really do?? I tried full assist, 3 bars 2 bars 1 bar and no bars... I don't notice any difference except for the fact that on no bars you need to hold the pass button more to get the ball to where you want it to go, if you tap it the ball just moves a few...

have you tried online? concerned about the tackling and defense online.

about tackling, how is it better? Is X more powered like older PES games? Gamespeed the same? or a bit slower?

The_whisper, Are you playing on top level? Try superstar, just go unlock it and try it out. That craziness you described seems to happen on Top Level but superstar seems much more fair and more balanced .

There's an assistance level bar I believe 4levelsi belive but thats for passing only, Then theres an menu for ON or OFF assitance on tackling, clearing, passing and something else, not shooting though.... I may be wrong but I have them all OFF anyway, even the pass assist levels don't make a...

I agree, this a good sign that they are seeing the game has some issues and are willing to address them rather than just leave it as is. I look forward to how the gameplay will be tweeked. We should get some friendlies in tonight if you're available, how did you do on your other league...

I can't remember but was the shooting "manual" on the original game pre patch? To me sometimes they shoot in the direction you say but other times like most here state the shot goes wherever. I hope this is a fix for the patch....

i think the keepers are fine now. Hopefully they slow it down a bit and make it less frantic when using big teams.
