I downloaded only Erzo's translated version for my own file. Numata is at Omiya Ardiya but it's the player from South Korea NT. And you cannot change his nationality because he is in Korean team. Maybe only I had this error... I don't know.

The issues often are caused by the fact that the file creators created a player overwriting a fake player. Then they notice that there was a duplicate already, especially at the national teams/free agent section. Then they scratched the created player from the team squad and added the duplicate...

Yes, that's the easiest way. It should replace the used slots of Dundalk.
