Basically, it's the human factor. A good player (the person playing the game) can be a pretty solid asset to his team as soon as age 17. Once the stats hits the 85's-90's, a good player will have a very easy time doing what he does. Also, the AI is predictable, which makes it easier.

I made a taller player than usual last time and he got a much better jumping/heading stat,. But I can only speculate, because I dont know for sure.

I say you're doing just fine. It might feel like your stats are progressing slowly but they wont start decreasing until WAY later, atleast ten years or so for your player so don't worry.

Obvbiously, because with a lot of stamina, you can run around a lot longer.

You don't need to tell me that twice. Especially since the team I play in usually concedes every time they sub me off which makes the scoreline 1-1 instead of a winning 1-0. It's beyond irritating.
