It depends on how much money you've earned and have in the bank - obviously (which is linked with and is effected by how much of the previous years transfer budget you've spent) They can't give you money you don't have :confused:

I bought it today. The camera seems annoying at first with on foot movement but for their first time it's great. Also the handling in the cars is pretty unresponsive (I havn't even seen a bike yet) but altogether Im loving it As a mate was round all I've done so far though is Driving games...

Eurgh why so much on someone so old? Rungratsamee is now worth £20.5mil at the age of 20 and is "Worldclass" already, he's scored 25 goals in 24 league games so far this season and can be got for less then 1mil at the start of the game. Whereas Ronaldinho is now 28 and is worth only £23mil :)...
