No you don't, look at thread ;) You just need a database which you can download for free (like you could download a PES3 option file without owning the game). The CM4 convertor program opens that database and you can search for players in it etc. Try it, you'll see what I mean.

How about the fact that those thats were made nearly a year ago, before he'd even played centre back for Arsenal? Also he's nowhere near the best centre back in the Premiership, he's good but not great yet.

Strange. It shouldn't be a problem, just a matter of finding out which bit is causing it. At what point does it crash? What screen is it on or attempting to load when it happens.

That is very strange. Does it do it every time? I've never heard of that problem before. I'll have a play around with it now, see what I can find out.

It's similar to the pesgoal.com file in the way that it updates all the teams to what they are now. The difference is that it has the extra 8 Premiership clubs instead of some of the poorer foreign ones (Anderletcht, Peruguia, Brescia, Hamburg, Bordeaux, PES United and WE United)

Just type their club names into Google then have a look at the official site. Almost every site will give you their height, weight and a picture.
