its kinda complicated your like working in reverse i took the pesedit 2.8 patchs optionfile opened it in w!ld and removed every teams kit then converted it to ps3 sadly theres no pc kits balls or boots because theres no kitserver just transfers and every team unlicensed so far im still looking...

Not sure if anyone has found this but when i heard about this i wanted to give it a try messing around somehow ive taken a pc patch and converted it to ps3 and found this all kits look like this all transfers are right and theres updated faces...
