lol, always used to do that. One more I remembered is that whenever I have the ball with my keeper, I tap R1 and try to dribble it too far with the keeper. Or I try to do a clever through ball which gets intercepted and of course the goal is empty!!!!

I used to on the old games. My mate used to always get the ball with Shevchenko and just take it round everyone, but not shoot, he'd then try to take it around the keeper aswel!

I think ISS: Pro Evo 2 on the PS1 is great! The gameplay is superb. The graphics aren't brilliant but that doesn't matter. The shooting is great also. I love to fire them balls into the top corner!

Recently on PES/ WE I have developped bad habits. FOr example whenever I retain possesion of the ball in my half, I always hoof the ball to my strikers using :L1: + :circle: tapped twice. It's very annoying as I lose the posession straight away and it hardly ever works. I can't help but do it...

that's 1 good point about FIFA, but a patched WE/PES game is complete! The sounds aren't yet brilliant, but better. But the drum sound when the ball is kicked takes the piss!

i use Jonboyo's patch. Love it, couldn't play it unpatched now! (WE7:I Jap by the way)

That reminds me of the time when I put all of the stats for the PES/WE Utd players all on 1 so that they never got in the top league and always got relegated. I also put retired players there. I forgot to change Seaman's stats. so PES Utd played him upfront. He scored 6 goals in 1 season!!! :eek:

I keep it on mainly becuase it sounds 'incomplete' without it. If they are going to keep it in then they must do something about it. Maybe more phrases, increased vocab or some better way of linking words or using team names more often. Rather than the shoddy "The defending team clears the ball"...

Whenever I try to shield it in the courner, I don't stop in time and it the player always dribles it off the pitch! You have to release your fingers off the d-pad very early! Unless anyone knows a way to shield without just waiting for him to stop?

yeah. I thought you meant PES4, not WE8. It is most probable that it will be just Japanease but as WE7:IJ has other languages I don't really know. P.S About the DVD size, ashmufc, do you think they use cheap ones or more expensive larger capacity disks?

I would think it'll have the same languages as PES3 does.
