how do i upload PNGs like the kits above? ive done most of the championship (not quite to the standard of the above ones! but not bad) every time i press the upload image it comes back failed, why?

I have made enough of the championship kits (logos/sponsers) to fill the second div in the masters league, i did this for my self but the results are pretty good so would like to share with others, what is the best way to upload the PNGS ive done onto this site? cheers
