Ok I found a way. On Ps4 i went in storage data management and deleted the edit data file but didnt touch the backup edit data. next time i started pes it asked me if i wanted to load backup edit data and i clicked yes. after that it gave me the option to update national and club teams again

I also want to know this. applied the patch without selecting club and national transfers. now i want to do those transfers with the patch but how to apply it again?

a couple of bugs to report with the patch / option file : arsenal and chelsea have black under shorts when "same color as shorts" is selected instead of white and blue vermaelen appears to have the face of macheda, i noticed this only after applying the option file
