I bought it the other day. the fist level is cool, you are in a mental asylum and you have to find your way out of it, there's nobody to kill until the swat team come looking for you (the only other people on the level are mental patients who just wander round, you can still kill them though)...

I doubt they'll get the licences to include proper leagues but like Zyg says you can edit league names. I think that is as close as PES4 will get to proper leagues. It does look very promising though, especially as there will be more than double the amount of club teams that were on PES3
