I answered that elsewhere. As far as I know PES3 will not come out in Eng on cube. It's tied to Sony. So you will only be able to get WE games in bloomin' Japanese!

WE6FE I think is out on cube import. But PES3 will not appear on cube as it is only the Sony!

You should have country pools of teams and then you can choose x amount of teams to form your ML. It then randomises the order (within reason) and you start from the bottom. That was the one good thing about FIFA... the sheer amt of teams to choose from. I want the whole English league system...
