Thanks for your suggestion, but it didnt work. Despite all the sleeve templates I used for 2nd layer and made it white, while base color red, Arsenal still had those red under armour sleeves. It seems that only base color decides it. I`d rather have them red, but at least supporters are now red...

I dont think you can. You can edit everything except the faces of base copyed players.
