To be honest you dont really need to. as there is a GM office all you need to do is go into it and say "i want a title shot" and one of the GM's will do something about it.

I though HBK should be higher, and the SS a little lower as they have nothing when it comes to power or durability. I wonder who this years legends will be. probably eddie in there though.
