I know a way they could improve the development mode ther could be regular reports from ur coach on how players in the reserves are doing, if they r doing well there stats go up and vice-versa. there should obviously be better graphics on the nxt gen consoles so things like the emotion button...

I think the celebrations u can unlock in the shop r mint :) but yeah it is nice to see fully licensed teams but apart frm the gameplay my favorite thing in the game is being able to edit teams and players the way u can, it's great! EA and FIFA can shove their licenses up the big fat arse as far...
