you can reset your team whenever you want you can copy team design (kits etc) and change your team name whenever you want. Be warned though, resetting your team will not reset your stats, a new account is the only way to do this as far as i am awawe.

even the cheap defenders can do a job, you just have to look for stats in the right places, responsiveness, Body balance, defense and jump 75+, top speed 70+. On an Orange or red theses are the defenders you need to look for, some of them are also quite cheap.
