If I invite a player to a ranked game it works fine, it's just a lot of the time when I go to a quick ranked match - it doesn't work!!

Does this happen to anyone else...? Online when you go to Head To Head match then Quick Ranked - it'll search for an opponent...but it won't let me select my team, then when an opponent is available & they're choosing their team - I still can't pick mine and I'm forced to leave and search...
