I've added the build details for the faces that I posted yesterday. @ Meat - I tried Terry's hair for Paul Anderson; its the right shape but it just doesn't suit as the forehead is far too big, even with face position at +7. Sorry I haven't got back to you about Mullins - not had a lot of time...

I don't think the picture Chung took of this build does it justice - it is a really fantastic likeness.

Will post the formulas for these four later. Not that happy with Ishmael Miller as I don't think it looks that much like him, but I'll post it anyway. Matt Derbyshire is based on Rapid Vienna's build; I've just changed the hairstyle and adjusted the face slightly to fit it.
