I got Robben from the GP Konami gave for their screw-up with the online nonsense. The odds really are low because with black balls you're at least guaranteed a player that 80+. There are many players within the 80-100 range.

Why does it matter so much to you? Black = ultra rare. Gold = rare and common depending on what agent you're signing. Silver = crap. Brown = dog crap. It's the design and it works so you know what rarity of a player you're about to get.

You blatantly skipped the tutorial. Go into your Squad Management. Press square on any of the substitutes and press Line-up changes. Look through the list for your hideous player.
