Just to help, i used this OF and yes u have to copy each bit of data over, the main one is the 'edit save data OF' that changes the kits etc etc, but to have the actual badges and sponsors and face changes you have to copy each one, 1 by 1. But then once they are copied over, thats it, all done...

When u create the Playlist Name KONAMI_PES make sure there isnt a space after, when u press enter or start it automatically creates a space, delete the space and press start again, then add ur tracks and they will then be accessible from ur music library on PES
