It's random how you get your starting stats dude. Completely random - and online I have seen no-one with a character agility above 88. The only other thing is creating a character with B injury, as that has been suggested as a way of getting a slightly better character to start with.

Just for more info, to get outside as a star you need 85 swerve - just got it myself and now have 7 stars for my BAL. I might just start to use him online now.
