Can you please check the stadium editor and just create a stadium and see if you can assign it to any team? I also heard that it's finally possible to change the stadiums for Dutch and French teams, hopefully you can confirm all!

unless you convert in a other option file(Eng version) via the Pes editor. And just add teams and plyers using 'open option file 2' maybe I can post my personal file which is a combination of other files. on topic: thanks Danny you ve done a great job!
