Cut and paste the Option file into "folder 1" - My documents/KONAMI/Pro Evolution soccer 6/save/folder 1 (You'll be asked to replace your existing OF, so make a copy/back up of that first, if you think you might want to go back to it at some stage.) Hope that helps.

Same here. I only bothered getting 6 over Christmas and I haven't even started a ML yet. This OF sounds so good, I don't think I'll even bother adding some different teams, (like I did before) since I can't be arsed to update them, so I don't want to "ruin" the file. :D
