No the transfer thing is in without unlocking it. There's a few new things, 1st person view, overhead view, 6 balls to unlock and a few more.

Because the English FA want too much money. And i've heard there's a ruling that only 2 teams can be licensed, not sure how true that is though. The sponsor editor in it allows you to create realistic looking kits anyway for the unlicensed teams, and there's always patching of course. Oh...

Really mate?? Does it unlock the options in edit mode then? Or you just do it at the end of the season?

The Licensed teams (Italien, Spanish and Dutch teams) kits cannot be changed in game. But the unlicensed teams can (Man U, Arsenal) etc. Both licensed and unlicensed can be changed through patches though.

Unlockable in the WE Shop

PES4 will have the slowdown removed on corners (so they said when we played the beta version of PES4 @ the PES3 National Finals). And they also said it will have the new Premiership teams in.

No you can shoot, pass or long pass with him too. Just hold L1 down and whatever button you want to use (shoot, long pass or normal pass) to make the other player do what you want. If you don't hold L1 down, he will dummy.

No he doesn't know, he said it was automatic he thinks, or something with R2. He doesn't know how he did it though :(
