Nearly all. In PES 2016 are about 250 unlicensed teams (+ other european teams for cl and el)

Go online, load current data pack in PES 2015, have fun with Pauls great OF. If you can't go online: poor guy. Get rid of the cfw and use original one or get help at another forum that cares about cfw PS3...
