I think You can't change the cups in the game, like the Afrika Cup already in the game. But You can still change the "Konami Cup", or what the name is. In the Konami Cup You can change the number of teams, if You want group stage or knockout etc..and You can name the "Konami Cup", "African Cup"...

Yes, the DLC is out. There are only some new shoes and 3 new balls. As for the rest, the created teams in "League B" seem to be all mixed up...so after installing the DLC one has to redo all the teams. The players and the shirts are still there, only in the wrong teams...
